Playground Fun

Mommy and daddy took us to this super cool play place today! They had basketball hoops there, all kinds of slides and playgrounds, trampolines and ping pong.

We had so much fun playing on everything, we didn't want to leave.

After we went to the play place mommy and daddy took us to Best Buy to spend their Christmas money from Uncle Jack and Uncle Seth. They bought a few things they needed and they also bought Mario Kart! This game is so fun, I played forever. Daddy had to eventually tell me no more video games for the day. I can't wait until tomorrow so I can play again!

Merry Christmas!

We never did hear the reindeer on the roof, but Santa did come! He left us lots of cool presents! He drank all of his milk and ate most of the cookies.

Chase still wasn't feeling well, but he felt ok to see what Santa left and open presents. I got a train set, Star Wars toys, a dinosaur and a little Buckeye football player. Mommy and daddy also got me this really cool submarine. Chase got a train too, Rudolph books, Mickey Mouse and friends figurines and racing cars. Mommy and daddy got him a really cool dump truck.
After playing with our toys for a while, mommy and I had to get ready to go to Grandma and Grandpa's. Daddy stayed home with Chase since he still had a fever. At Grandma and Grandpa's house I got a really cool race track from Aunt Bessie- I could play with it for hours.

We then went to Aunt Annie's house and I got a lot of hamster toys which is great since Mackenzie got me a new hamster!

When mommy and I got back home daddy was sick. A little later Grandma and Grandpa with Uncle Seth and Uncle Jack came up to celebrate and open presents so Chase wouldn't miss out.

Can you believe I got this super awesome loop track?! Chase got a cool rocket ship tent from Uncle Jack and he also got this tool belt set.

That night I decided to join in on the fun of having the flu. It's a good thing mommy and daddy are off this week so we can recover. We've been having a lot of fun playing with our toys. Thanks everyone for all of the presents! We hope you had a Very Merry Christmas!

Christmas Eve

Daddy was off on Thursday and we got to stay home form school. Mommy was home in the morning but had to go to work in the afternoon. Chase made a last ditch effort with Santa by wearing this new shirt. I also got this new cool OSU shirt for Christmas from Aunt Sarah!

After dinner Daddy took us to mommy's work to watch the Buckeyes play basketball and guess who was there... ... Grandma, Grandpa, Uncle Jack, Uncle Seth and Cousin Jake! Mommy even ordered popcorn for us! We had fun cheering the Buckeyes on to victory.

That night Chase woke up with the flu. We helped mommy make cookies in the morning and had fun icing them later.
Daddy and I went to church for Christmas Eve. I knew and sang most of the songs. Chase stayed home with mommy because he was really sick. That night we put our Santa PJs on and left some cookies and milk for Santa and some carrots for Rudolph. We were listening really hard for the reindeer on the roof...

Ready for Christmas

I think we're officially ready for Christmas!!!! Chase and I can hardly wait!

On Saturday we went to get our tree. I'm taking credit for picking such a beautiful tree.
After our naps we decorated it and daddy helped us put the train up. We could sit and watch it for hours.... ok, minutes.

On Sunday we got snow! Mommy took us out to play it in it for a little while in the afternoon. It was really cold out, so we didn't stay long. Our poor penguin however, probably thought it was too long as he was getting pelted with snowballs. We also got mommy with a few.

It has been really cold here, so we've been bundling up to stay warm.
Chase and I each have a our school parties on Friday and then we only have three days of school next week. We're SO excited!

Christmas Concerts

We had our school Christmas Concert this weekend. Grandma and Grandpa and Grandma and Papa all came to watch us perform.

Chase went first. Not too many kids in his class decided to sing, but he and his friend Abby didn't mind being on stage! After the concert they had a slide show and we found out how much Chase likes to dress up like a 'Pretty Princess.'

After Chase was done, we had a few hours before it was time for my class, so we went to get some breakfast/lunch. I was worried we wouldn't be back in time, but thankfully we were.

My class is really big, so some of the kids had to stand in front. All of my friends and I sang nice and loud. After our slide show, we had cookies and punch in our classroom. I sat by my best friend Riley.

Saturday night Grandma and Papa stayed for a sleep over. We went out to dinner and drove through the Christmas light display.
On Sunday we made Rice Krispie trains with Grandma and later we went to church for Jesus' birthday party.

At the party we made crafts, played bingo and even saw Santa! Santa read us a story and then we all got to see him. Chase and I had a little stage fright when it was our turn. Chase eventually went up and sat with Ms. Meg, but he hid his eyes. Santa was very nice and still gave us candy canes. I hope he still looks at our lists.....

Enjoy all the videos!!!!!
