We had an action packed Labor Day weekend! Mommy and daddy had their first home football game on Thursday night, so Grandma picked us up from daycare and took us to McDonalds. She even spent the night with us since mommy and daddy didn't get home from work until really late.
On Saturday we went flower shopping and watched a lot of football.
On Sunday we went Treasure Hunting. The first treasure we tried to find wasn't there, but we did find Buckeyes- Lucky Buckeyes! We decided to continue along the trail to see the waterfall, but without much rain the waterfall was dry. We did get hike over the rocks which was really cool and look for more Buckeyes. After collecting our Buckeyes (I got 4!) we decided to head out to find the next treasure at the Troll Bridge......
Thankfully the Troll wasn't home, though mommy assured us he was nice. We did find the treasure and enjoyed a walk along the river.
All of that treasure hunting made us hot, so daddy treated us to ice cream. After our treat we visited the fountains on the way back to our car.
Sunday night we made a fire in the fire pit and roasted marshmallows. They were gooey and yummy!
On Monday Grandma and Grandpa came back and helped us plant our new tree. Chase and I had fun cooling off in the pool when we were done with our work!
Two weeks ago daddy took us to a Crew game- Chase and I had lots of fun! It was such a nice day and a great crowd.
